Members of Unite the Union – Amicus Section who joined before 2nd February 2009 and who have not received a ballot paper by Wednesday 25 February 2009 should contact the Amicus Conference and Elections Department on 0800 7313407 (UK) OR 1800 812 755 (Republic of Ireland) without delay.
Ballot papers must be returned to the Independent Scruitineer, Electoral Reform Services, in the envelope provided by no later than 12 noon on Friday 6 March 2009.
